Pushilin Minsk agreement was "absolutely necessary", although there are mixed decisions

Pushilin Minsk agreement was "absolutely necessary", although there are mixed decisions

The agreements signed in Minsk are ambiguous, they have positive and negative aspects, but they are "absolutely necessary." This statement was made by the representative of the Donetsk People's Republic in the negotiations of the contact group Denis Pushilin.

"Minsk Agreement on the views of many are ambiguous: unable to prevent the fighting, to create an international platform. There are a number of positive, there are a number of negative" - said Pushilin at a press conference in Moscow.

"At the same time, he stressed that "Minsk was absolutely necessary."

According Pushilin, the problem remains ambiguous agreements. Kiev authorities "mimic" pursuant to the Minsk Agreement, formally making decisions, supposedly aimed at their implementation, but, in fact, the agreement is not respected.
