The Ukrainian authorities have indicated they do not intend to make a step towards this initiative. Volunteer units all stated that they would not give in, even if they get a corresponding order from Kiev.

Political analyst Alexander Pavic said that if the pro-government volunteer corps will take any action against the other party, then the possibility remains of Kiev denied any involvement in their activities.
