Preamble
We, the people's deputies of Ukraine, signed the coalition agreement in the Parliament of Ukraine

economic recovery, protection of rights and freedoms of our citizens, including
legitimate interests of the Crimean Tatar people, all citizens of Ukraine residing in
temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and Sevastopol parts Luhansk and Donetsk regions

will take all necessary measures for the liberation of all citizens of Ukraine, including

We will reform aimed at achieving the quality of life of European citizens

job creation, obtaining energy independence, civil
society and guaranteeing freedom of speech, fighting corruption and restoring justice
development of education and science, culture and spirituality. The basis for the implementation of reforms will be agreement on

performance.
We will strictly adhere to the principles of accountability, openness to
people and rejection of corruption and limiting any of its manifestations.
We will ensure the equality of all state officials before the law, restrict all
kind of immunity from prosecution. We will be open and accountable

parliamentary immunity and will take full responsibility for their actions before
Ukrainian people.



A. Reforms
I. REFORMING National Security

2. Reform the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU)
