Confidential document on Ukraine by the RAND Corporation leaked. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko follows the action plan proposed by RAND analysts.

This Memorandum on the “advisable course of action” automatically means that the peace plan confirmed by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is slated to fail.

The document provides three stages for the conduct of a military operation in eastern Ukraine.

The first stage implies total isolation of the region considering that all local citizens are terrorists or sympathizers.

The Region should be encircled with troops and sealed off entirely from any flow of goods and persons. Broadcasting services, Internet connection, telephone and mobile communications in the region shall be shut down.

The second stage is named Mop-up.

Ground assaults shall be preceded by air strikes against the strategic facilities. The use of non-conventional arms is allowed.

The document also provides for internment camps outside the cleared settlements. The execution of all resistors. People featuring traces of combat engagement shall be tried in court for terrorism and executed.

During the third stage Back to Normal power supplies and communications shall be restored. The borders shall be strengthened to avoid possible provocations. All the refugees should be checked for possible support for separatists in internment camps.

Special focus shall be made on information security. All foreign media shall be blocked there.

Kharkov fascist police reports say that this is a death by accident.

Article source: http://www.novorosinform.org/news/id/10495

A dead body of a man crucified on the fence around Holy Christmas Church in Pavlovo Pole in Kharkov was found this morning. The body was put on a spike of the church fence.
Disorder continues in Kharkov as the destruction of Lenin statue this Sunday caused a lot of controversy in the city. Groups of Ukrainian nationalists are beating any people suspected of pro-Russian moods. The Holy Christmas Church belongs to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Moscow Patriarchate.

Admin comment: as the crime scene is just 10 minutes’ walk from my place, I also have some additional information on the murder. Despite the fact that the body was taped to the fence with red scotch tape (which looks like a red belt on the picture) the police refused to register this as a murder, and their reports say that this is a death by accident, because the man presumably attempted to go over the fence, slipped and got himself killed on that spike.

The man’s identity has not been established yet, but considering the fact that this is a Russian church and that crowds of Ukrainian Nazis are simply raiding the city, it is obvious that this outrageous act is one of the many actions aiming to frighten the city residents and make them submit to the rule of Kiev fascists. It either is not the first case, when Russian churches in Ukraine are targeted by the Nazi thugs.

The Real Reasons For U.S. Airstrikes In Syria - Breaking The Assad Regime

Anthony Freda Art

Activist Post

With the recent and ongoing airstrikes launched against Syria by the United States and its “regional” and NATO allies, a number of questions have arisen from a variety of quarters who remain entirely confused as to the ongoing angles of the players involved in the Syrian crisis. Confusion, of course, is a natural state resulting from the mainstream media’s attempt to conceal the fact that the United States and NATO/GCC are entirely responsible for the Syrian crisis to begin with as well as for the massive seizure of territory across Iraq and Syria by ISIS militants. These same media outlets have also played a major role in the obfuscation of the understanding of the crisis by providing false delineations and name changes bound to confuse an American population already afflicted with a short attention span.

With even the basic facts surrounding the Syrian crisis forced into obscurity by mass ignorance of their existence, the facts surrounding the recent US bombing of Syria have also given way to more questions.

For that reason, a number of points must be made regarding the recent events and those that will unfold in the future inside Syria.

Information Does Not Equal Coordination

The recent airstrikes by the United States and its allies allegedly against ISIS positions in Syria have been soundly condemned by both Iran and Russia . Both countries have accurately pointed out that the airstrikes were a violation of Syria’s national sovereignty and a violation of international law. Syria, however, has refrained from outrage and has even stated that the United States informed it of the attacks before they took place.

Syria’s reaction has caused many to believe one of two things: First, that the United States truly is focused on eliminating ISIS; and, second, that the United States and Syria are now working together to achieve this end.
Despite Syria’s forbearance, however, the truth is far from either of these ideas. The United States is in no way interested in destroying its own proxy army nor is it interested in working with the secular Assad government. After all, Assad and the Syrian government are the ultimate target of the West to begin with.

It is thus very important to note that informing Syria of attacks taking place on its soil is not the same as coordinating those attacks or cooperating with the Syrian government. In other words, information is not the same as cooperation.

The United States has repeatedly stated that it refuses to coordinate any airstrikes with the Syrian government and responded with an Orwellian statement that it would oust Assad military if he dare defend himself against American attacks.

Even Congressman Justin Amash, during the Congressional debate on whether or not to support arming the mythical "moderate rebels," was able to recognize the fact that the plans to "detect and degrade" ISIS was a clever disguise for a war on the secular government of Syria with no options off the table, including the use of ground troops.

In his own statement announcing his opposition to the amendment, Amash stated,

Today’s amendment ostensibly is aimed at destroying ISIS—yet you’d hardly know it from reading the amendment’s text. The world has witnessed with horror the evil of ISIS: the public beheading of innocents, the killing of Christians, Muslims, and others.
The amendment’s focus—arming groups fighting the Assad government in Syria—has little to do with defeating ISIS. The mission that the amendment advances plainly isn’t the defeat of ISIS; it’s the defeat of Assad.
The Obama administration has tried to rally support for U.S. involvement in the Syrian civil war by implying that our help would be at arm’s length. The amendment Congress will vote on broadly authorizes “assistance” to groups in Syria. It does not specify what types of weapons our government will give the groups. It does not prohibit boots on the ground. (The amendment is silent on the president’s power to order our troops to fight in the civil war; it states only that Congress doesn’t provide “specific statutory authorization” for such escalation.) It does not state the financial cost of the war.
If the Syrian groups that are “appropriately vetted” (the amendment’s language) succeed and oust Assad, what would result? Would the groups assemble a coalition government of anti-Assad fighters, and would that coalition include ISIS? What would happen to the Alawites and Christians who stood with Assad? To what extent would the U.S. government be obligated to occupy Syria to rebuild the government? If each of the groups went its own way, would Syria’s territory be broken apart, and if so, would ISIS control one of the resulting countries? While Amash was correct to suggest that Congress should have opposed the amendment and that the amendment was actually a plan for an assault against the Syrian government as well as the fact that that anarchy, chaos, and unspeakable violence will reign supreme in Syria if the “appropriately vetted” groups managed to gain control of the country, Amash does miss part of the point. The truth is not that “we don’t know much about the groups we are funding in Syria.” The truth is that “we” know full well that they are ISIS/Al-Qaeda terrorists, with only an occasional name change and branch off due to Western political motives or internal squabbling. That has been and still is the whole point.

Assad’s refusal to react in frothing rage and declarations of war could very well be an attempt to save face in the eyes of world opinion and in the eyes of the Syrian people. The only other options available to the Syrian government would be to shoot down the American fighter jets and sign Syria’s death warrant or to denounce the attacks and seem impotent when it comes to defending against them. Considering the options at the moment, one can clearly see how admission of foreknowledge with no immediate consequences directed at the United States might seem to be the best available selection.

Who Were The Actual Targets?

The low level of death squad casualties resulting from the U.S. airstrikes brings to mind one question – Were the airstrikes really meant to deal a significant blow to IS? After all, the bombing in areas like Deir al-Zor would have produced minimal results against IS to begin with since the Western-backed terrorists conveniently began leaving the city and many of their positions days ago.

Indeed, the SAA had already launched an offensive against death squad positions in Deir al-Zor, causing many observers to assume that the military assault was the reason IS and its “moderate” terrorist affiliates began evacuation. However, six days later, after bombs and missiles were rained down upon the city and surrounding areas, the reasons for death squad evacuation have become clearer to avoid U.S. airstrikes and move north to reinforce other IS battalions. Thus, one must ask whether or not the IS terrorists were evacuating for fear of defeat at the hands of the SAA or on the orders of the USA?

In addition, while some mainstream outlets have attempted to claim that the death squads “simply managed to escape” Deir al-Zor in order to avoid being struck by US airstrikes, the question then remains how they would have been aware of the bombing plans when even Assad was not informed until the last minute. Thus, any media outlet that claims this is the reason for low casualities among the terrorists is admitting to the fact that the terrorists had some kind of forewarning. Otherwise, how would they have known to evacuate these specific areas? Was it by intuition? Did they have a crystal ball? Or were they warned and/or ordered by their NATO commanders to reconfigure their forces in other locations?

Bombing Campaign Or Death Squad Herding?

The fact that the terrorist casualties were much lower than one would have expected considering the previously heavy presence of fighters in the area should lead one to question the true objective of the bombing mission. After all, some reports even put the number of dead civilians higher than that of dead terrorists.

Yet, with the terrorists evacuating Deir al-Zor, cities and towns such as Kobani (Ayn El Arab) have seen a dramatic rise in the presence of IS fighters. In short, IS may have reduced the amount of fighters in Deir al-Zor but it has reinforced its positions at Ayn El Arab, a smaller town but one located on the Turkish border. Significantly, the Turkish border has facilitated tens of thousands of death squad fighters in their access to Syria over the last four years making it a main artery for the influx of Western-backed foreign jihadis into Syria.

The Huffington Post reported the situation in Ayn El Arab by recording the statement of a Syrian Kurd who had fled into Turkey with his family to escape IS. The report is revealing as to how the situation in Ayn El Arab disintegrated after the bombing of Deir al-Zor and the “escape” of terrorists from that city and region. The article reads,

"Because of the bombing in Raqqa, Islamic State has taken all of their weapons and brought them here. There are more and more Islamic State fighters in the last two days, they have brought all their forces here," said Ahmed Hassan, 60, a Syrian Kurd who fled to Turkey with his family.
"They have heavy weapons. We are running away from them. YPG haven't got heavy weapons. That's why we need help," he said, referring to the main Kurdish armed group. Thus, the new assault on Ayn El Arab might very well be an attempt to re-secure and reopen the Turkish/Syrian border so as to allow even greater numbers of IS fighters and military equipment to flood into Syria. It also goes some distance in aiding the future creation of a “buffer zone,” in Northern Syria, a wish of NATO since the beginning of the Syrian crisis. With the establishment of this “buffer zone,” a new staging ground will be opened that allows terrorists such as ISIS and others the ability to conduct attacks even deeper inside Syria.

Working together with its NATO/GCC allies as well as the ever-present provocateur Israel, the United States is helping to create a buffer zone in the North and East of Syria while continuing to facilitate the opening of a "third front" on the Syrian border with Israel.

Such a strategy was discussed in 2012 by the Brookings Institution in its publication "Assessing Options For Regime Change," where it stated
An alternative is for diplomatic efforts to focus first on how to end the violence and how to gain humanitarian access, as is being done under Annan’s leadership. This may lead to the creation of safe-havens and humanitarian corridors, which would have to be backed by limited military power. This would, of course, fall short of U.S. goals for Syria and could preserve Asad in power. From that starting point, however, it is possible that a broad coalition with the appropriate international mandate could add further coercive action to its efforts.
In addition, Israel’s intelligence services have a strong knowledge of Syria, as well as assets within the Syrian regime that could be used to subvert the regime’s power base and press for Asad’s removal. Israel could posture forces on or near the Golan Heights and, in so doing, might divert regime forces from suppressing the opposition. This posture may conjure fears in the Asad regime of a multi-front war, particularly if Turkey is willing to do the same on its border and if the Syrian opposition is being fed a steady diet of arms and training. Such a mobilization could perhaps persuade Syria’s military leadership to oust Asad in order to preserve itself. Advocates argue this additional pressure could tip the balance against Asad inside Syria, if other forces were aligned properly.
Are The Airstrikes Designed To Provoke Assad?

One possibility of the purpose US airstrikes in Syria is that the aggressive presence of the U.S. military is in reality an attempt to poke and prod Assad into shooting down an American aircraft. As American planes currently act as a deadly and mechanical sheepdog to the terrorist herd, it is quite likely that the mission will creep closer and closer to Damascus and government-held territory. This “mission creep” will likely begin in and around the Aleppo region since the city and surrounding areas are strategically significant with heavy fighting taking place between government forces and the Western-backed death squads.

As these airstrike missions grow closer and closer to government-held territory and Syrian military forces, perhaps even making the occasional “mistake” of hitting SAA military installations or soldiers, Syria will be forced into a walking a tight rope between defending itself against open US military aggression before it inflicts too much damage to Syria’s military capabilities or responding in kind and sealing its own fate against the superior US Air Force. As Tony Cartalucci writes,

For now, Syria and its allies must formulate carefully a strategy that resists overreaction to immense provocations, understand the true nature of America's aggression, determining whether it was exercised from a position of strength or immense weakness, and devise countermeasures that accommodate long-term consequences of America's current campaign. A balance between allowing the West to exhaust its last desperate options, but preventing long-term entrenchment of Western-backed proxies must be struck. At the end of the day, it is important to remember that the U.S. airstrikes against Syria are nothing more than a farce. The death squads running amok in Syria are themselves entirely creatures of NATO and they remain under NATO’s command. The true enemy of ISIS, Khorasan, and the cannibals of the Levant has always been and continues to be Bashar al-Assad.

Israel Was Tried For War Crimes Today, The Testimony Will Break Your Heart

Israel Was Tried For War Crimes Today, The Testimony Will Break Your Heart

I’ve been in Brussels today witnessing the Russell Tribunal on Palestine which is assessing Israel’s war crimes in Gaza during Operation Protective Edge.  The full testimony is available on the Tribunal’s website, but I have captured some key excerpts from my live reporting today.
The likes of film maker Ken Loach, music legend Roger Waters and internationally renowned lawyers such as Michael Mansfield QC formed a jury – while expert witnesses from Gaza and beyond testified to the atrocities of the 50 day offensive.
Having borne personal witness to the unimaginable brutality and carnage of Israel’s onslaught while in Gaza in August, much of today was like a live action replay – evoking the same fear, anger and tear-inducing gutteral sadness that reduces you to shoulder-shaking sobs.
Here are some of the key points:
Roger Waters, Pink Floyd Music Legend

To witnesses: “You have led us very eloquently into hell today. This is heartbreaking”

Ivan Karakashian, Advocacy Unit Coordinator at Defense for Children International

“16 yr old boy stripped naked and used as human shield by Israel for 5 days. He was denied food, water and sleep – and mentally and physically abused, including lashed with a wire across his back. Israeli army stopped a family car near a West Bank protest over Gaza. Positioned their weapons in the windows of back doors, where toddlers were sitting and began to fire on protest. This is not an isolated incident. There is a clear, recorded pattern of Israel using Palestinian children as human shields during attacks on Gaza.”
Max Blumenthal, American author, journalist, and blogger
A005 - Copy
“We found one of 89 families completely liquidated during Operation Protective Edge so badly burned/destroyed they had to be buried in a mass grave by a bulldozer – evoking memories of the darkest times in European history. On outskirts of Rafah, I heard testimony from 19 yr old Mohammed Abu Said of how Israeli soldiers stripped him naked and sniped at neighbours, then set the dogs on him in between shooting rounds. In Khuza’a – a man left a group of <resistance> fighters in his home. He returned to find their throats had been cut, their bodies piled in a corner and burnt with grenades. A clear pattern of executions has been established. Israeli soldiers gather civilians in an open area, asks if anyone speaks Hebrew. When people step forward, they shoot them dead. Four brothers of one man were taken into garden and shot dead, one of them was mentally disabled and had little idea he was being killed.”

Martin Lejeune, German journalist
A005 - Copy
“More than 90% of Gaza’s agricultural output destroyed by Israel over summer, almost all farms destroyed. Israel destroyed 220 factories in Gaza, this constitutes around 70% of Gaza’s industrial output gone. There was no military justification for the destruction of these factories whatsoever. I stayed in Gaza for one month in a house with 72 Palestinian civilians, 60 of whom had been displaced. It was overcrowded, tap water wasn’t working anymore, we had to buy fuel, we had to bake our own bread as none available in shops. 220 factories were completely destroyed during the 7 weeks of Israel’s Operation Protective Edge. Israel has succeeded in turning a functional economy in Gaza into a third world territory in just 8 years, through the blockade and four large scale military assaults. Israel is not only attacking systematically civilians in their homes, but systematically destroying the economy of Gaza to make people dependent on aid.”
Dr Mohammad Abou-Arab, Gaza Doctor at Al Shifa Hospital
A005 - Copy
“One ambulance worker shot in the head and bled to death while fellow workers were told if they tried to assist him, they would be killed too. Another worker burned to death in his ambulance after a missile attack against it – his colleague was severely injured in the attack, left with life-altering burn injuries. We are talking about Gaza firefighters, police officers, ambulance workers and other emergency services workers being routinely shot at by snipers and missiles by Israeli military. Anyone who knows anything about Palestinian society knows that no Palestinian would use a child or family as a human shield. Israel however routinely used Palestinians as human shields throughout this operation and those prior.”
Dr Mads Glibert:Norwegian Doctor who served in Al Shifa Hospital, Gaza Throughout Offensive
A005 - Copy
“This is a systematic attack to rid Palestinians from the land. If you are an 8 yr old child in Gaza today, you have survived 4 of these onslaughts – 2006, 2008/9, 2012 and 2014. What does this do to a child? To their feeling of safety? To their outlook on the world? The medical system of Gaza was already on its knees before the summer attacks due to Israeli blockade” “This is a medical disaster – the capacity for treatment is massively exceeded by medical needs. Such disaster often happen in natural disasters like earthquakes or tsunamis…but Gaza was deliberate, controlled and executed by the Israelis.”
Mohammed Omer, Award-winning Palestinian Journalist based in Gaza
A005 - Copy
“Israeli army routinely defecate in Palestinian homes and buildings they occupy, leaving behind racist and violent graffiti together with piles of shit.
The Imam in Gaza was held for days by Israeli troops who ordered him at gunpoint to use mosque tannoy to call on community to come to the mosque. As young people gathered they were surrounded by Israeli troops, stripped naked at gunpoint and tortured/killed for sport.
The Imam was used as human shield by Israeli troops. He was stripped naked at gunpoint in front of men, women and children of the neighborhood.”
These are just a handful of moments from the full day of testimony.  I encourage you to follow tomorrow’s press conference where the jury will share their conclusions.  I’ll be there, reporting for you.

[WARNING18 +] New Evidences of Kiev Junta Fascists War Crimes...

24th September 2014, Lugansk republic, state Novorossia
18 + New evidences of Kiev junta fascists war crimes

At 19th September fascists battalion "Aidar" run away from territory of Golf club, located at 10 km away to north-west from city Lugansk. Fascists from Aidar battalion made own base there, because Ukrainian fascists sure that they are owners of all private property in the East of Ukraine. Staff of Ukrainian mail report that Ukrainian fascists send to their relatives in western Ukraine tons of goods from "zone of ATO", even even pans and utensils.

Fascists from battalion Aidar robbed this Golf club and also they used buildings of club as place for torture and rape of local civilians.

Fighters from battalion of commander Leshiy found body of young woman on the shores of an artificial pond in territory of Golf club.

She was severely beaten, because half of her head was broken, also was broken her lower jaw. In her left foot absent thumb, her legs were wrapped by duct tape. Also fascists tied her feet by rope with stone and throw her to pond.

On her hands you can see ropes too, the Nazis certainly used her as a sex slave, and then killed. The Nazis broke off half of her head and face, in order to make her not recognizable for relatives without DNA.

Before retreating fascists tried to pull the body out of the water and bury it in a hole, in order to hide crime, but they didn't have time and threw the body on the shore.

How many victims of bullying, violence and torture has left behind a battalion Aidar on Golf club is unknown, probably dozens of people. Part of the bodies they thrown into reservoirs and wells, some part buried in pits or thrown in the forests for wild animals which could devour bodies.

The same war crimes commit "revolutionaries, rebels" backed by USA/ Israel in Libya and Syria since 2011, but the global media ignore these facts.

US Aggression Drags World into Age of Global Anarchy....by Tony Cartalucci

US Aggression Drags World into Age of Global Anarchy

Wednesday, September 24, 2014

Allied with barbaric regional regimes who gestated "Islamic State," Washington's attack on Syria sets dangerous new precedent.
Activist Post
Tony Cartalucci
Without a UN mandate or even a cohesive narrative, the United States and its regional allies have begun unilaterally bombing targets in Syria. Together with Turkey, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar - the very sponsors of extremists groups fighting inside of Syria, including the Islamic State, its offshoot al Nusra, and other Al Qaeda aligned factions - the US has opened a new chapter on global anarchy.

Image: After years of condemning the Syrian government's war against extremists at the cost of the civilian population, the US began launching air and missile strikes against "extremists" at the cost of Syria's civilian population. Mind-bending hypocrisy and the utter circumvention of the very "international law" the US claims to be chief arbiter over marks a dangerous leap toward global anarchy.

Unlike other campaigns of naked military conquest, the US appears to have foregone the facade of UN approval, moral or legal justification, and has instead applied a scatter-shot strategy of proposing multiple pretexts for its aggression - all equally implausible, many contradictory - hoping at least one will stick.

After much hand-wringing and complaining about Russia's actions in Ukraine - citing the violation of "international norms" and international law, the US has itself has clearly violated all the rules it has hypocritically held the rest of the world to under threat of sanctions, subversion, and outright military force. Without so much as a fig leaf of legality or legitimacy, and with criminal regimes as its partners, the US has committed the ultimate act of undermining the so-called "international order" it itself poses as creator of and arbiter over.

Such reckless abandonment and unprecedented illegitimacy signifies that this "international order" may have already collapsed. Just as Adolf Hitler abandoned the facade of "national defense" in his conquest of Europe, the United States has now dispensed with international consensus and international "rule of law" in its pursuit of global hegemony.

What unfolds next will be a zero sum contest between the West's naked imperial conquest and those caught up in its path. The time for appealing to international law is over as America drags the world into yet another dark age of global anarchy.

America's Axis of Evil

Image: US allies itself with Saudi Arabia - the prototype
upon which the "Islamic State" was built. The glaring
hypocrisy of Persian Gulf despots backing "pro-democracy"
rebels in Syria was an early warning sign of a sinister,
hegemonic agenda unfolding across the Middle East
Beheading non-believers in public squares, oppressing women, homosexuals, and other minority groups, and peddling a backwards perversion of Islam all sound like the hallmarks of the so-called "Islamic State" or ISIS as it is also known as. But in fact, they are also the hallmarks of America's premier ally in the current alleged fight against ISIS' global spanning terror operation - Saudi Arabia. In fact, Saudi Arabia was the chief intermediary between extremist groups across the Middle East and Washington in a nearly decade long conspiracy to violently overthrow the governments of Lebanon, Syria, and Iran with a regional mercenary army.

Alongside Saudi Arabia is Qatar. Both nations are ruled by unelected despots posing as monarchies. Contest to their power is met with brutal suppression and death. In fact, America's partnership with the Persian Gulf despots at the beginning of the Syrian conflict should have been one of the first clues that the fighting had nothing to do with fostering democracy or freedom - two concepts that do not exist in either Riyadh or Doha - and all to do with regime change and regional hegemony.

Both Saudi Arabia and Qatar, despite feigned tensions, have converging agendas - overthrowing the government of Syria, destroying Hezbollah in Lebanon, and containing, destabilizing, and overthrowing the government of Iran. To this end, they and the United States, along with Israel and Turkey, have conspired to, and demonstrably have armed and funded Al Qaeda's various factions across the region since at least as early as 2007. America's creation and use of Al Qaeda goes back much further, to at least the 1980s when it used the terrorist organization to wage proxy war against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan.

Veteran journalist and Pulitzer Prize-winner Seymour Hersh would warn the world in a 9-page report published by the New Yorker of the conspiracy against Iran and Syria. In a report titled, " The Redirection Is the Administration’s new policy benefitting our enemies in the war on terrorism? " Hersh would report (emphasis added):
To undermine Iran, which is predominantly Shiite, the Bush Administration has decided, in effect, to reconfigure its priorities in the Middle East. In Lebanon, the Administration has coöperated with Saudi Arabia’s government, which is Sunni, in clandestine operations that are intended to weaken Hezbollah, the Shiite organization that is backed by Iran. The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda.
It is abundantly clear that these "Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant version of Islam" and that are "sympathetic to Al Qaeda" have led the fighting against Syria since 2011, and through the rise of groups like Al Nusra and ISIS, constitute the verbatim fulfillment of Hersh's prophetic warning.

For the very sponsors of ISIS to pose as a unilateral global force that can invade a nation's sovereignty at will, bomb and kill militants, government troops, and civilians alike with utter impunity, in a quest to undo terrorists organizations of their own creation, is the work of a true "Axis of Evil." That the West continues to condemn the Syrian government as a "brutal dictatorship" for fighting terrorists and killing civilians in the process, all while it now "fights terrorists" and is killing Syrian civilians in the process - plumbs new depths in utter, unhinged hypocrisy.

The "Moderates" Are the Terrorists

Image: Terrorists operating in Syria who received anti-tank weapons from
the US admit they fight alongside Al Qaeda and have recently condemned US
strikes on the "Islamic State." Despite this, the US fully plans on continuing
to arm them, and even provide them air support. Regime change, not
stopping terrorism was always the goal in Syria.
What's more is that the so-called "moderates" the US claims it will arm, fund, and provide aircover for have been openly fighting along side, and even within the ranks of ISIS, Al Nusra, and other overt terrorist organizations. The Daily Beast would report in its article, "Al Qaeda Plotters in Syria ‘Went Dark,’ U.S. Spies Say," that (emphasis added):
One Syrian rebel group supported in the past by the United States condemned the air strikes on Tuesday. Harakat Hazm, a rebel group that received a shipment of U.S. anti-tank weapons in the spring, called the airstrikes “an attack on national sovereignty” and charged that foreign led attacks only strengthen the Assad regime. The statement comes from a document, purportedly from the group, that has circulated online and was posted in English translation from a Twitter account called Syria Conflict Monitor. Several Syria experts, including the Brookings Doha Center's Charles Lister, believe the document to be authentic.
Before the official statement, there were signs that Harakat Hazm was making alliances in Syria that could conflict with its role as a U.S. partner. In early Septemeber a Harakat Hazm official told a reporter for the L.A. Times: “Inside Syria, we became labeled as secularists and feared Nusra Front was going to battle us…But Nusra doesn't fight us, we actually fight alongside them. We like Nusra.”
Harakat Hazm is the rule, not the exception. The US has been directly arming and funding terrorists fighting alongside Al Nusra - an offshoot of ISIS - and ISIS itself. As Hersh revealed, the plan from the beginning was the bolster such groups to fight Washington, Riyadh, Tel Aviv, and Doha's proxy war against Syria, Iran, and Hezbollah.

As a side note, the "plot" alluded to in the Daily Beast's headline is one of many pretexts used by the US to justify its recent violation of Syria's sovereignty and its total  circumvention  of international law. The plot was called "specific" and " imminent " but Pentagon officials were unable to narrow down the target to even a single continent. As with all claims the US makes, zero evidence was provided, nor any convincing, specific details.

Israel, Turkey, and US - Three Front War on Syria

That the goal is in fact crushing Iran's arc of influence across the Middle East, not defeating "terrorists" or fostering "democracy," goes far in explaining Israel's posture along its border with Syria. Having claimed to have shot down a Syrian warplane in the west just as the US began bombing Syrian territory in the east, Israel has consistently used the conflict as an excuse to pick apart the Syrian government and its military. With terrorists hailing from Al Nusra along its borders - Israel is clearly harboring and protecting them with extraterritorial attacks just as Turkey has done in the north and the US will begin doing in the east.

Far from conjecture, the goal of opening a multi-front war with Syria has been the stated agenda of Western policymakers for years. In 2012,  the corporate-financier funded Brookings Institution in their "Middle East Memo #21" " Assessing Options for Regime Change " stated specifically (emphasis added):
It is clear that for years, the West and its regional allies have pursued a singular agenda, with only the rhetorical cover used to sell it to the public changing as one facade collapsed after another. The most tenuous facade of all is America's current campaign against its own ISIS mercenaries - conveniently opening up a third front in the east to join Turkey and Israel's provocations to the north and west respectively.

What will follow is the permanent operation of US and terrorist forces everywhere from Raqqa to Aleppo, leaving it up to Damascus to tempt provoking a direct war against itself by attempting to attack terrorists protected by US airpower, special forces, and other assets deployed to the region.

Restoring Global Sanity

Countering this will be difficult but not impossible. Syria and its allies have an opportunity to fill the geostrategic void currently in the east and negate the need for America's presence. Having sufficiently built up the menace of its own terrorist mercenaries, the US has done the rhetorical heavy-lifting to justify the creation of a joint Syrian-Iraqi-Iranian-Russian-Chinese effort to neutralize ISIS and its affiliates. By placing joint military forces on the ground in eastern Syria where the West is unwilling to do so, will force the US to either withdraw, or once again change its narrative in mid fight - a move that Washington's crumbling legitimacy may not survive.

The West must be made to pay for its streak of global anarchy. Its inability to follow its own rules expose it as an irresponsible shareholder in an "international order" or its own creation. This "international order" itself is a demonstrable failure, and in all truth, a facade in and of itself. For Syria and its allies, they possess the military and political resources to confront this threat directly.

For the general public, we possess the socioeconomic resources
to permanently boycott and replace with local alternatives all of the immense corporate-financier interests that lurk behind the West's global agenda. The unwarranted influence and power the West wields is a result of our collective, incremental patronage of their corporations, institutions, and organizations. Undoing this unwarranted influence will require our collective and incremental divestment from what is in reality, international disorder.
